These terms govern your use of the website at complexai.co.za. They are deliberately short and readable. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website only. Work we do for you as a client is governed by the quote and agreement for that project, not by this page. Where the two differ, your project agreement wins.

Using this website
You may browse the site, read it, share links to it, and send us an enquiry. That is what it is for. You may print or save pages for your own reference.
You use the site at your own initiative and are responsible for your own device, connection and security.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or the enquiry form to send spam, abusive, misleading or unlawful content;
- submit anyone else's personal information without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its endpoints, our management system, or any server or account connected to them;
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its normal operation;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site by automated means, or reproduce it to impersonate us; or
- use anything here to build a product that passes our material off as your own.
We may block access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
Intellectual property and copyright
Everything on this site — the text, layout, design, logo, the Complex AI name and mark, the animated orbit graphic, and the underlying code — is owned by Complex AI or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. © Complex AI, 2026. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, republish, adapt or redistribute any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with credit and a link back is fine. Fonts and any third-party components remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.
If you become a client, ownership of what we build for you is dealt with in your project agreement — not here.
Accuracy of information
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but it is descriptive marketing material, not a specification or an offer.
Prices shown are indicative starting points. Where we quote a figure such as a monthly package rate, it is a "from" price for a typical scope. What your project actually costs depends on your requirements, and only a written quote from us is binding. Prices and service descriptions may change without notice.
Nothing on this site constitutes professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and should not be relied on as such.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Sending an enquiry, messaging us on WhatsApp, or receiving an indicative price does not create a binding agreement between us. A project begins when we have both agreed a written scope and quote.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
